Seresto is a flea and tick collar that combines two next-generation molecules: imidacloprid and flumethrin. Due to its patented polymer matrix, the Seresto collar gradually releases a controlled, low dose of molecules that protect your dog and cat. The Seresto collar offers long-lasting protection for up to 8 months against ticks and between 7 and 8 months against fleas and lice. The Seresto collar is water resistant and continues to be effective, even if your dog is wet. The Seresto cat collar also provides up to 10 weeks of protection against the development of flea larvae in your cat's environment (e.g. your home, your cat's litter or basket). The Seresto collar can be included as part of a flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) treatment programme.
