Eprecis Injection - 250ml

For the active immunisation of cattle in order to induce serological and colostral antibody production against Salmonella dublin and Salmonella typhimurium and in the face of an outbreak to reduce Salmonella typhimurium infections when used under field conditions as part of an overall herd management programme.

Bovivac S may also contribute to reducing S. typhimurium contamination of the environment.

Dosage & Administration
• Calves up to 6 months of age - 2 ml
• Adult cattle - 5 ml

A broad-spectrum Oxytetracycline injection useful in treating a wide range of infections in horses, cattle, sheep or pigs.

Engemycin 10% (DD) can be administered either at a low dose rate for a 24 hour duration of activity or at a high dose rate for prolonged duration of activity.

In vitro, oxytetracycline is active against a range of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms including: Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Mannheimia haemolytica, Haemophilus parahaemolyticus, Bordetella bronchiseptica, and against Chlamydophila abortus (formerly Chlamydia psittaci), the causative organism of enzootic abortion in sheep..

Eprecis Injection for Beef and Dairy Cattle is used for the treatment of and control of gastro-intestinal worms (including inhibited Ostrtagia ostertagia and Cooperia spp.), lungworms, warbles, sucking lice, chorioptic and sarcoptic mange mites in beef and dairy cattle. Eprecis Injection has no withdrawal time for dairy cattle.

Active Ingredient: Eprinomectin.

Withdrawal Time: 63 days for cattle intended for meat and offal, there is no withdrawal time for cattle producing milk for human consumption.

Dosage: 1 ml per 100 kg of bodyweight.

Boviseal is indicated for the prevention of new intramammary infections throughout the dry period. This results in a reduction in the incidence of sub clinical mastitis in cows at calving, and of clinical mastitis in the dry period and the subsequent lactation (for at least 60 days after calving). It is recommended that Boviseal be used as part of a herd approach to dry cow management and mastitis control. Cows considered likely to be free of sub clinical mastitis should be given Boviseal at drying off according to the criteria below. Other animals should be managed in accordance with an approved mastitis control plan or specific veterinary advice
