Horslyx Mobility Balancer - 15kg

Horslyx Mobility Balancer can be used to help maintain healthy joints in all horses, of all ages and breeds, whether for a performance horse that requires support for hard working joints, or as an aid for older horses that may have suffered from wear and tear over the years.

Independent research was conducted at the University of Central Lancashire using 6 Thoroughbred horses based at the Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre. This independent university research clearly demonstrated that Horslyx Mobility Balancer can help reduce joint stiffness in otherwise clinically sound horses and when used regularly will help maintain healthy supple joints and allow mobility and flexibility for comfortable movement.

As with all Horslyx Balancers, Horslyx Mobility Balancer is extremely low in starch, making it suitable for horses which can react unfavourably to traditional cereal based diets.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Glucosamine HCl: Glucosamine HCl is a glycoprotein present in joints and is an essential, natural component of ligaments, tendons, cartilage and synovial fluid, the liquid shock absorber which lubricates and cushions the joints during movement.

MSM: Methyl sulphonyl methane, is a readily available source of organic sulphur, a key component of connective tissue, which is important for cartilage and joint support. MSM works in synchrony with glucosamine to help contribute to the overall health of connective tissue and maintain overall joint health, including mobility, flexibility and range of motion for comfortable movement. MSM also possesses antioxidant properties.

Omega-3 Oils: Omega-3 Oils are essential fatty acids, which cannot be manufactured by the body and therefore must be obtained from the diet, play a useful role in supporting the immune system and healthy joint function. The Omega-3 oils in Horslyx Mobility Balancer are from Linseed Oil. A horse’s natural diet can be low in Omega-3 so horses often need an additional source to provide these essential fatty acids for optimum health.

Antioxidants: A combination of powerful antioxidants such as Vitamin C and E, Selenium, chelated Copper and Zinc are included to support and maintain a healthy immune system, which maximises the ability to support and aid healthy joint function.

For the treatment and control of gastrointestinal nematodes, lungworms, eyeworms, warbles, chorioptic and sarcoptic mange and sucking and biting lice in beef, non-lactating dairy cattle and sheep. Active ingredient: Ivermectin

IVOMEC Classic Injection for Cattle and Sheep should be given only by subcutaneous injection, using aseptic precautions, at the recommended dosage level of 200 mcg ivermectin per kg bodyweight under the loose skin in front of, or behind, the shoulder in cattle and in the neck in sheep.

To ensure administration of a correct dose, bodyweight should be determined as accurately as possible; accuracy of the dosing device should be checked.

When treating sheep of less than 16kg, seek veterinary advice regarding the use of 1 ml disposable syringes graduated in increments of 0.1 ml. For the treatment of individual sheep, a syringe not exceeding 2.0 ml and calibrated in increments of 0.1 ml should be used. Each ml contains 10 mg of ivermectin sufficient to treat 50 kg of bodyweight of cattle and sheep.

Withdrawals:
Cattle - Meat & offal: 49 days. Milk: Do not use in cattle producing milk for human consumption. Do not use in non-lactating dairy cows including pregnant heifers within 60 days of calving.

Sheep - Meat & offal): 37 days. Milk: Do not use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.
